Departure day mobile travel assistance
Introducing

easyJetText is your personal, mobile travel assistant. During your trip, easyJetText sends relevant information, updates and reminders to your mobile phone. You can adapt easyJetText to your preferences, by choosing exactly what information you'd like to receive.
easyJetText offers both free-to-use (available on selected routes) and pre-paid services. With our free-to-use services, you won't be charged to receive any of our text messages. And, if you select a pre-paid service, you'll pay a fixed price, up front - so, there'll be no surprise charges on your mobile bill.
Departure day flight information and reminders
On departure day, easyJetText keeps you updated by sending the following SMS text messages:

If you choose the free flight information service, easyJetText gets you a great deal at the airport shops, with fabulous, exclusive, money-saving offers for the day that you travel.
easyJetText sends you up to 2 exclusive offers from relevant airport retailers. To benefit from an offer, remember to show the text message and voucher code (if supplied) to the cashier when you pay at the till.
Daily Weather Forecasts
If you like to know what the weather has in store while you are away, sign-up for our daily weather forecasts.
At 6pm the day before you travel, and then at 9am each day while you're away, we'll send you a weather forecast for your destination. Each forecast covers the next 48 hours for your destination.
Daily Snow Reports
During the ski season, if you are flying to one of our ski airports, we'll offer you our daily snow reports for your resort. These reports will help you get the most out of your holiday (e.g. should you get up early to get the best of the conditions ... or should you take full advantage of the apres-ski?)
We'll send you 2 types of information:

| The evening before you travel, we'll send you a snow report for your resort telling you when the last snowfall occurred, current snow cover and conditions, and a snow forecast for the next 5 days. |
Each evening while you're away, we'll send a forecast for the next day's weather conditions at 9am and 6pm for different heights on the mountain. |
Traffic Alerts
Don't get delayed. Avoid traffic snarl-ups. Our traffic alerts warn you of problems on your route to the airport.

Destination Assistance
Unlimited multilingual assistance. Unlimited text message information requests.
In any emergency abroad, where you can't speak or understand the language, simply reply HELP to any of our messages and a multilingual assistant will call you straight back and speak the language for you.
When you need local information or if you need something translating, text you're question to us and our experts will get straight back to you (e.g. Where is the nearest Wi-Fi access point? Where can I find a chemist? Can you recommend a child friendly restaurant?)
Destination assistance is available from the time your first flight departs for the duration of your trip. To use the service, simply reply to any of the text messages we send you or send your message to +44 7717 98 99 55 from the phone you registered with easyJetText (you may want to add this number to the address book on your mobile phone).
Please Note: Each time you text the Destination Assistance service you mobile network provider will charge you for sending 1 text message at your standard rate. Before signing-up for this service, please check the cost of sending an SMS message from overseas with your mobile network provider.
Signing-up is easy!
To take advantage of easyJetText, simply click the sign-up link in your invitation email, confirm your personal details ,tell us your mobile phone number (if we don't have it already), and if you've selected one of our pre-paid services enter your credit card details or choose to pay by PayPal. We use your personal information solely for running the easyJetText service and we never pass on your details to any third party without your express permission.
And remember, the only charges you pay are by credit card or PayPal if you choose one of our pre-paid services. Your mobile network operator won't charge you a penny to receive our text messages (for UK or European registered mobile phones. Other mobile phone costs depend on your network operator).
And, don't worry if you change your mind
At any time, if you change your mind, you can unsubscribe by following the link in your easyJetText confirmation email. Or, on departure day, simply reply STOP to any of our text messages to opt-out of further communication. Either action will remove you from the easyJetText service. Note that this will not remove you from the other easyJet.com databases.
